It is so cold outside today that when I walked to the Metro to pick up my ibook (who is finally feeling better) the wind made me cry and my tears froze on my cheeks. That is cold, even for a Swede.

hahahahahahahahahaha! :p actually i can't really laugh, because i have so much work to do, but still its a little bit warmer in madrid. big love
I live in DC now. Big Important City. I didn't use to though, I was born in Oslo, grew up in Sweden and Norway, moved to Scotland for a while, then London, then Leeds. Restless some might say, I prefer adventurous and easily bored. So now I live in Foggy Bottom, quite near the Metro.
I am an international student. That is such a great title! I am here at the George Washington University for a year and I wanted to write about it, hence the blog. I write about DC and me. And about America and me, how Im finding it and stuff. I also just write what is on my mind, and that is not always neither DC nor America, so that comes out too. Oh, and Im a politics student. I care about democracy, the EU, feminism, Jazz, Picasso, the Internet, typefaces, the Swedish Welfare State, and good red wine. In no particular order.
I laugh at Monty Python and Eddie Izzard. I very rarely cry.
